Carolina is a final-year PhD candidate at the University of Bristol highly interested in education, pedagogy, technologies, and the global-local consonance and tensions related to educational reforms.
As a Mexican scholar, her work explores the perspectives of schools and teachers in the Global South and the relevance of their practice in context. Her deep interest in social justice and education has also been reflected in her involvement with the Education Justice and Memory Network, where she supports communications with Spanish speaking colleagues.
