Andy is an Associate Professor in Holocaust and History Education at University College London’s award-winning Centre for Holocaust Education. He is involved in all aspects of the Centre’s work, including delivering its national research-informed continuing professional development (CPD) programme for in-service and in training teachers, and conducting educational research.
In addition to working in Holocaust education for over a decade, he is a historian of Britain and the Holocaust. Andy has published widely on issues related to Holocaust history and memory, and teaching and learning about the Holocaust. He is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society and regularly engages in media and public outreach work.
