Fleur is a second-year undergraduate Education Studies student at the University of Bristol. Her interests are sustainable food education with a focus on social change, justice and curriculum design.
Fleur is a mature student and her background before embarking on the degree was in food, baking and sustainable farming. Working for many years in the baking industry and more recently at a Farm School Fleur realised food is a great platform to engage learners and share skills. Fleur has started a placement with EdJAM as part of one of her second-year degree modules. She is keen to understand how injustice and inequality can be challenged through research in education.
