Hang Nisay

Hang Nisay is the Director of Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. He has been working for the museum since 2009 in various roles, such as administration, tour guide, head of exhibition, project and planning and a coordinator of the exhibition and education program.

He recently accomplished a Master’s in History from Royal University of Phnom Penh. His thesis explored the history of the former early Khmer Rouge prison M-13 at Kampong Speu province. For the project, he is assisting the communication with our ministry, as well as general support and feedback for the team.
