PhD in Public Health, lecturer, and researcher with interest in topics such as disability from the perspective of otherness and difference, social construction of the territory, and the relationship between art, humanities, and health.
Maria is trained as a nurse, has a master’s degree in educational and social development and a PhD in public health. She has researched and published nationally and internationally, and is also a life partner, mother, and weaver.
