Nkayimbi Sarah is a program manager at the Foundation for Justice and Development Initiatives (FJDI). She is an experienced program manager and implementation practitioner with close to 10 years of experience working with conflict-affected communities in northern Uganda.
Nkayimbi Sarah also has experience in advocacy and engagement with policymakers for improved policy responses. She is also an advocate for gender equality and has worked with conflict-affected women and victims of sexual violence in northern Uganda. Prior to joining the Foundation for Justice and Development Initiatives (FJDI), she worked with a local non-governmental organization in northern Uganda called Virtuous Springs Limited as a Project Officer, and with Uchumi Supermarket as a Supervisor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Makerere University and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute (UMI) Kampala.
