Noelia Lynch is a Primary School Teacher, Lecturer, and Graduate in Language and Literature Education. She specialised in Children's and Young Adult Literature and Early Literacy. She is currently studying for a master's degree in Latin American Literatures (UNSAM).
She has worked on community-based projects aimed at children and adolescents in both formal and non-formal education. Her research topics include the representation of children in literature and in other artistic expressions. She works as a teacher at the National University of San Martín, as Pedagogical Coordinator at the National Directorate of Primary Education, Ministry of Education of the Nation, and as a teacher trainer in different areas.
